Refund Policy

We (“VoxVM”) offers our customers a 30 day money-back guarantee. This guarantee allows our customers to use our service risk-free.

Our refund policy is primarily for new clients only, however refunds may be extended to existing clients on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of VoxVM management. We would be happy to provide you with a full refund within your first 30 days of purchase for our shared hosting service or VPS hosting service, if the service is not as described on our product or order pages, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

There is no refund for: Domain registration/renewal or transfer, dedicated servers, service license(s) and other addons. We will not refund your money if your IP ends up on a block list or receives negative reputation. You will not receive a refund under any circumstances.

We will only proceed refund to original payment method, client will need to submit a support ticket in billing department category within 30 days from the date of purchase of service. If you pay via cryptocurrency (BitCoin), there are no refunds regardless of service purchased. If you paid by PayPal, we will refund the amount less any PayPal service fees.

Once a refund request is submitted, the customer’s service will be cancelled either immediately or at the end of the service billing period. After this process, we cannot be held responsible for data loss due to suspension or termination.

Filing a claim, dispute, or chargeback is not an acceptable method for a refund, and we will submit all evidence to disprove your claim, and your services will be terminated and you will be reported to Fraud Record for theft of service.

There will be no refund provided if customer’s service violate our Master Services Agreement.
